Terms of use

By creating a Zenvixa account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details private and use course material for your own learning. Course PDFs and other content may not be copied, resold or redistributed.

Account activation

Course access is available after the ₹500 activation payment is successfully verified. Zenvixa may pause access where payment, identity or account activity requires review.

Referrals

Referral commissions are subject to the published three-level plan and are credited only when the referred account is active and the related transaction is completed. Commissions are not a guarantee of income.

Privacy notice

Zenvixa stores the information needed to operate accounts, deliver courses, process payments, manage referrals and review KYC submissions. This can include your name, email, phone number, country, payment references and documents you choose to upload.

Access to sensitive information is limited to platform operations and authorised review. We do not ask for your password over email or chat. Contact support if you believe your account is at risk.

Payout policy

• Minimum withdrawal request: ₹100.
• Your ID must be active and KYC must be approved.
• Only one pending withdrawal request is allowed at a time.
• Requests are reviewed by the admin team and can be approved, rejected or held for clarification.
• Use a bank account belonging to you and enter accurate account and IFSC details.
